Ballyspillane house party under investigation
Killarney Gardai are investigation a possible breach of COVID-19 crowd gathering rules at house party in Ballyspillaneearlier this week.
The party took place on Tuesday night this week. One Witness said that up to 40 people attended the party while another resident said the event was very noisy.
Current regulations, aimed at helping the spread of the Coronavirus, state that all house visits are limited to six people indoors and that outside events are limited to 15 people.
Local Garda confirmed to the Killarney Advertiser that they are investigating a potential breach of public health guidelines in the area.
“We are aware of the incident and it is being investigated,” a Garda spokesperson told the Killarney Advertiser.
