The Chatroom – Kieran put through his paces at Studio 7
One year on from opening Studio 7 Fitness, Michael Lindsay invited Kieran down to check out the space and give him a short workout.
During their chat, Michael told Kieran a bit about his background. He was born in England to Mayo parents and he moved to Galway to work in a hotel in Eyre Square before coming down to Killarney almost eight years ago. He tells Kieran about Studio 7 Fitness’ motto, fitness for body AND mind, and all the different kind of classes that are on offer.
Michael was kind enough to give Kieran a few workout tips but, as you’ll see, he might have his work cut out for him.
