Gleneagle Group Launches Recruitment Drive

The Gleneagle Group has announced details of a new recruitment drive with a number of full-time positions and some part-time currently on offer. The full-time positions include roles in sales, guest relations, management, food and beverage, accommodation and operations.
“As well as making provisions for the summer season ahead, we are delighted to be in a position to offer a wide range of full-time and part time positions across our group,” says Gleneagle Group CEO, Patrick O’Donoghue.
“We recognise the importance of providing our employees with the opportunities to learn and progress in their chosen careers. We offer a variety of in-house training programmes including supervisory development and leadership programmes as well as facilitating the National Trainee Manager Development Programme with IT Tralee. Because we operate a number of hotels, we offer a multitude of career development opportunities as well as transfers to different departments and different hotels,” says Mr O’Donoghue.
The Gleneagle Group represents a selection of Ireland’s best-known holiday, conferencing and entertainment destinations including The Gleneagle Hotel and Apartments, The Brehon and Scotts Hotel in Killarney, The Maritime Hotel in Bantry and Sheen Falls Country Club in Kenmare. The group launched the recruitment drive with a new video which can be viewed on YouTube. The Gleneagle Group will also be in attendance at the upcoming Kerry Expo which takes place in the INEC on Sunday, May 13.
