Thomas O’Leary of Killarney was the big winner (or should that be ‘loser’?) in the Pat Sheehan Health & Fitness Operation Transformation as he lost an incredible 3st 2lbs in just 12 weeks. To put that into context, that’s 20% of his starting body weight.

Congratulations to Tom who won a two night stay with dinner on one night in the Sneem Hotel Co Kerry.

The 2nd place prize - two months membership for Club Vitae Leisure Centre - went to Christine O’Sullivan with an impressive loss of 1st 8.5lbs (13.88% of her starting body weight). 3rd prize was a draw for everyone who finished the 12-week weight loss program. Jer Leary was the lucky person drawn out of the hat and he won one month’s membership for Club Vitae Leisure Centre.
