Kilcummin NS stage designer showcase
“It is set to be one of the biggest shows of the season” that’s how host and producer Norma O’Donoghue of the “Designer Showcase” in aid of Kilcummin National School which takes place at the Great Southern Hotel Killarney on April 19th has described the event. With some of the top designer names in Munster as well as a number of some very well known local designers, the line up is sure to bring a huge interest in particular with those who like fine fashion.
The event, which is a follow on from the success Liam Lawton concert for Kilcummin National School, which was held prior to Christmas in the Cathedral in Killarney, is hoping to raise enough funds to complete the flooring of the Schools soon to be completed hall. “ at the launch of the Fashion Show, members of the public got a tour of the new building with everyone very excited about it and we want to get close to the line with the funds raised from this night” Tom Keane one of the event organisers told the XXXXXXXXXXXX.
Among the highlights of the night will be the best dressed lady, which is sponsored by Keanes Jewellers.
The show will feature new designs from Lynes of Killarney, Mods and Mini’s, Claire Garvey Marion Murphy Cooney, Valerie O Shea, Tina Griffin, Carol Kennelly, Cathy Troth, Rebekah Wall Hazel Comyn, Mary Brosnan, McBees Killarney, Phoenix V Cork, Silk Peaches Cork, Serenity Cork Scarlett Killarney, Jasmine Tralee and Virginia Bridal Limerick.
