Help Brendan’s family with surgery costs
P
Popular Killarney man Brendan Cronin was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in June 2017 and was given 9-12 months to live.
He went to America for a second opinion where doctors proposed a course of chemotherapy followed by radiotherapy in Ireland and a return trip to America to have the tumour removed. This was the only option available to him as the operation could not be done in Ireland or Europe.
This week, Brendan returned to America to undergo an operation to have the tumour removed. The operation has an estimated cost of €250,000.
Brendan’s family have set up a GoFundMe and say that any donation, however small, would be greatly appreciated.
