The Chatroom: PJ’s Going Skydiving!
This week in The Chatroom PJ O’Sullivan, from the delicious Auntie Nellie’s sweet shop on Kenmare Place, calls in to have a chat about the weight loss journey he’s been on.
In January we did a special New Year’s article and asked locals about their resolutions and sure enough PJ said he wanted to “get fit in mind and body and get more involved in charity work”.
Well, after an eye opening trip to India, PJ is combining the two goals and attempting to lose five stone which would enable him to do a charity parachute jump!
PJ tells us all about his journey so far, which has already seen him lose three stone since October, and how much more weight he has to lose in order to do the charity skydive. You can follow PJ’s progress over the next 12 weeks over on his Facebook page. Just search ‘PJ Goes Skydiving’ and you’ll find him. You’ll also be able to donate to this worthy cause from a link on the Facebook page.
