Colm Cooper launches catwalk show
F
FASHIONISTAS will be to the fore as the Killarney Branch of the Kerry Hospice foundation hosts its annual Models in Recovery catwalk show on Tuesday, September 5.
GAA legend Colm Cooper was on hand to launch the event, which will take place in the INEC at 7.30pm sharp. "Our fashion show has been a great success since first staged three years ago and is our biggest annual fundraiser locally. There are few families nowadays that are not affected by cancer or other life limiting illnesses,” said Killarney Hospice chairman Pat Doolan.
TV3 personality Noel Cunningham will be MC. “Our courageous models, all cancer survivors, lend their own support by bringing a large following with them,” said Pat.
