From Killarney’s Main Street to the south of France for Gleneagle band

THEY wowed audiences across the South of France as Killarney musicians and dancers went straight from entertaining on the streets of Kerry to the Riviera.

The Gleneagle Concert Band will be performing at Puck Fair and The Rose of Tralee and also delighted audiences at the 4th of July Festival in Killarney, along with the Blarney Brass and Reed Band.
The latter joined The Gleneagle Concert Band as it undertook a joint concert tour in the South of France, performing in Monaco, Cannes and Antibes under the baton of band conductor Vincent Condon.
This is the band’s sixth foreign tour following on from visits to Holland in 1985, Germany in 1989, Austria in 2002, Paris in 2007 and Lisbon in 2013.
