AS REPUBLICAN Donald Trump has been elected the 45th president of the United States, the family of a Killarney man who has worked with Mr Trump for a decade posed with pictures of the new president that are on display in their hotel.
Chicago-based Colm O’Callaghan, who is regional vice-president of Trump International Hotels, has previously noted how people like the fact that his boss is straight talking. Today, his mother Eileen O’Callaghan and brother Paudie O’Callaghan of The Fáilte Hotel, Killarney, posed for a photograph by Don MacMonagle.
In it they hold a picture of Colm with the new president of the United States, as well as another picture in which Colm gives a welcome smile and handshake to then-Secretary of State Hilary Clinton on her visit to the Trump Hotel in Chicago several years ago.
