AMID celebrations at having won the accolade of Best Family Friendly Hotel 2016 at the recent 2016 Keelings Gold Medal Awards, Jason Clifford, manager of The Dunloe, closed the doors to the five-star hotel last Sunday until Spring 2018.
Jason said: “The Dunloe is the most well-known hotel in our group when it comes to catering for families, and the team here make every effort to ensure that everyone has a thoroughly enjoyable experience at the hotel, no matter what their age.”
This exciting and substantial refurbishment of the hotel’s public areas, including the lobby, lounges and restaurants, will see the hotel closed for 2017 to allow for the extensive transformation to take place, added Jason. “We look forward to welcoming everyone back to The Dunloe in 2018!” he said.
Situated at the foot of the world-renowned Gap of Dunloe, The Dunloe is a modern luxury five-star hotel only five miles from Killarney town, set in its own 64-acre parkland estate.
