Purcell’s Christmas Charity Lights returns for 18th Year

The Purcell family's annual Christmas charity lights display is back for its 18th year and is raising funds for two local charities.
This year, the chosen beneficiaries are Recovery Haven and Killorglin Hospice.
Naoishe Purcell, said: "This will be our 18th year doing the Christmas Lights for charity. There's always a constant discussion in our house about how we can make it bigger and better each year."
The Purcell family has been dedicated to reducing waste by repairing and reusing lights. This approach has significantly extended the life of their decorations.
The intricate process of planning and setting up the display involves weeks of meticulous work. The lights will be illuminated nightly from 5:30pm to 9:30pm at Joden House, Sunhill, Killorglin, until January 6.
