Muckross in action at World Masters

A contingent of Muckross Rowing Club members is currently competing at the prestigious World Rowing Masters Regatta on Lake Beetz in Brandenburg, Germany.
The event, which got underway on Wednesday draws to a close on Sunday, is the largest international rowing competition of its kind, attracting over 4,900 entries from 726 clubs worldwide.
Representing Muckross Rowing Club are Jeremy Kenny, John Buckley, Paul Kennedy, Marko Tot, and Brendan O'Neill.
The team will be competing in various categories over the event, including the coxed 8s, 4s, and coxless 4s.
Muckross Rowing Club enters the World Rowing Masters Regatta with high hopes, having recently secured a victory at the Irish Masters Regatta held in Lough Rynn, County Leitrim.
Ireland is well-represented at the World Rowing Masters Regatta, with 20 clubs from across the country participating.
