Harmony Inn resident arrested and charged with public order offences

A man was arrested at the Harmony Inn last Thursday and subsequently charged with public order offences.
The Harmony Inn is home to 70 male international protection seekers.
Last week the Killarney Advertiser reported that the former hotel was the scene of several public order incidents in the first few days of the new year.
A Moroccan man appeared at special sitting of Listowel District Court this week.
He was charged with four public order offences including one where he allegedly threw stones at passers-by on Plunkett St in early January.
