Clare All-Ireland hurling heroes visit Dr Crokes

Dr Crokes GAA Club welcomed a special visitors on Wednesday as two members of the All-Ireland winning Clare hurling team, Peter Duggan and Ryan Taylor, brought the Liam McCarthy Cup to the club.
The visit, arranged by local Clare native and prominent Dr Crokes hurler Paul Cronin, saw the All-Ireland champions receive a rapturous welcome from a packed hall of young Crokes hurlers.
Gene O'Doherty, lead coach of the Crokes under-age structure said:
"Peter and Ryan were so helpful in giving tips on learning the fundamental skills of hurling. I urged the young girls and boys to learn from their enthusiastic coaches and strive to bring Cups home to Dr Crokes one day."
